Browns Pick-up and Delivery Service – How Does it Work?


How do I place an order?

Simply callĀ 613-913-7369 to arrange for a pick-up. Regular pick-up and delivery days can be scheduled with your Browns Pick-up & Delivery Service Representative.


Is there a charge for home/office delivery service?

No, Browns does not charge anything additional for this valet service.


How do I pay for cleaning done through the delivery service?

Accounts are usually paid by credit card, but other arrangements can be made.


Do I have to be home when a pick-up or delivery is made?

No, this service is all about your convenience. Simply let your Service Representative know where you have left the order, and where you want your clean clothes placed. Most often, customers prefer orders to be left at the front door. Some customers provide us with the garage door code and we leave clothes inside the garage, whatever is most convenient for you.


What type of items can I get cleaned?

Essentially, anything. What we normally pick up are household laundry (often called “wash ‘n’ fold), suits, dresses, skirts, shirts, blouses, uniforms, coats, scarves and knitted items, duvets, blankets and comforters, tablecloths, linens … even curtains, drapes, sleeping bags, area rugs, pillows and stuffed toys. How do I submit my personal preferences?

When you first contact Browns Pick-up & Delivery Service, a profile with your personal preferences is created and stored. Simply let us know if your preferences have changed and we’ll update your file.
